Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. Our goal is your total satisfaction! 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of reciept of products.For health reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on open or used products.
 
Refunds

We regret that we are unable to refund any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error.

The customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Before making a return, please send an email to our Customer Service Department at info@beautifulblackhair.ca within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item(s).
 
A Customer Service representative will reply to your message and give you instructions on how process your return.
 
 
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and the product must be original sale condition. You must return the merchandise within 14 calendar days after the order was delivered. If the merchandise is not delivered to our warehouse within the authorized time period, the return will be canceled.
 

We recommend that you pack your return item in the original shipping carton. If the box is too big pack your return in a sturdy, well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.
 

Affix the shipping label to the outside of the carton, clearly with your return name and address in the upper left corner, and our address in the center section of the label.
 

We gladly accept refunds and exchanges on all eligible products (see below).  .

The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your refund or exchange order, unless specified otherwise on the exchange note.

No refunds are given on wigs or ponytails due to sanitary reasons.
Eligible product(s) must be in original factory condition unused,unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached and in original packaging.

Ineligible Products

If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized. All electrical appliances carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for additional information.

If your product is deemed ineligible for refund or exchange, we will return the item(s) to you Please choose carefully.


Request For Exchange 


Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
Before making an exchange, please send an email to our Customer Service Department at mailto:info@beautifulblackhair.ca within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you need to exchange the item(s).
 
A Customer Service representative will reply to your message and issue a Exchange Form to be included with the product return.
 
Repackage your item(s) along with the completed Exchange Form , and mail it to the address on the form within 14 days of receipt . If you are unable to view our Exchange Form, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader.


Once we receive your exchange package, please allow up to 5 business days for the exchange process to be complete.

How to Prepare Your Return Package

1. Print and Fill Out Exchange Form
2. Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box with all original packaging as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.
3. Include a copy of the Original Packing Slip, including exchange form.
4. Ship all items


We cannot alter any shipping address prior to shipping unless specified by the customer. We will issue store credit on price differences due to exchange ONLY. Shipping charges are not refundable.
